Upper has been extremely functional, suppressed and unsuppressed with 50gr-77gr 5.56 ammo. (Was NOT ran consistently suppressed and only shot suppressed a few times) It has also functioned reliably on a select fire lower. It has been used, it’s been hunted with, used as a patrol rifle, was my entry rifle for a little bit, then became my DMR with glass for a couple of years. Has roughly around 5-7k down the barrel. It’s been sitting in my safe since about 2021. DOES NOT come with a BCG or CH.
***There is a caveat that should be known, because I would want to know too. I bought this barrel and rail from someone in a different group circa 2016/2017. Individual failed to disclose this issue and I found it in 2017 when I took it apart to change the upper on it. The Gas Block (MK12 style) is slightly canted. Previous owner attempted to dimple the barrel with a drill and no jig. Therefore the gas block is canted. It has had zero effect on reliability and the barrel was scoped in 2017. The gas port on the barrel is fully within the gas port opening of the gas block. The gas tube is centered in the opening of the upper receiver and does not cause any sort of carrier bind. This upper has been ran reliably with a suppressor and on a full auto select fire lower. I can send you more pictures if necessary as well as a picture of the cant of the gas block that is about 3 degrees off.***
