Got this secondhand, no idea where it came from. Marked OBY (I assume Obermeyer).

Seems to have the darker taupe cerakote. Read further for salty explanation. Make sure you know what you’re getting and look at all pictures. Not responsible if you shoot this thing in its current state with the cut muzzle.

Barrel- muzzle has a variable depth cut, seems too deep to use in its current 20” state (about .09” deep). Would need to be cut back about 1” or so then the cut would be gone. Gas block journal has some wear and scarring. Not sure if the gas block is supposed to be an interference fit, but I’m not able to slide it the whole way on and haven’t tried heating. Also I haven’t fired this because of the cut on the muzzle, so not sure how well it groups.

Gas block- shallow cut on the bottom, marring and the bottom rail is a little rounded. No pins, but includes indexing pin. Griffin MGL suppressor locks up tight, way better than a HTX one.
